If you have disabled the BackupBox auto-updater or your local firewall is blocking the BBCOMMS.EXE process, you will need to contact Red Paw Systems via email (support@redpawz.com) or telephone (TOLLFREE at 866.733.7299 or directly at 970.372.1264) to receive both the update and the updated Recovery CD.
